T. Michael Ansley , , , Interim Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors

T. Michael Ansley is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, a position he has held since our inception. Mr. Ansley assumed the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer in July 2019. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer until October 2016. Mr. Ansley is also the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bagger Dave’s Burger Tavern, Inc.

Mr. Ansley has been a restaurant operator since 1996. In 1999, he opened his first Buffalo Wild Wing (BWW) location in Sterling Heights. In the spring of 2004, the company opened its first Florida location and continues to grow its presence in that market. In January 2008, the company opened its first Bagger Dave’s, a full-service, family-friendly restaurant and bar, in Berkley, Michigan and currently has 19 locations. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Restaurant Association.

The Buffalo Wild Wings corporate office in Minneapolis has recognized Mr. Ansley and his company with several awards, including: 2000 Operator of the Year, 2003 Highest Restaurant Sales (Novi, MI), 2004 Jimmy Disbrow Founder’s Award (Highest Honor), 2004 Scott Lowery Franchise Development Award, 2004, 2005, 2006 Highest Restaurant Sales (Novi, MI) and 2007 IFA Franchisee of the Year Award and Multi-Unit Franchisee of the Year.

Mr. Ansley’s passion is demonstrated in every aspect of his work, from finding the perfect new restaurant location to sourcing the highest quality product to serve the guests. He surrounds himself with people who are dedicated to providing a dining experience that delights the guests. Mr. Ansley carries his passion forward into the community by providing a high level of support to the Children’s Leukemia Foundation of Michigan, the Boys and Girls Club of South Oakland County, and the Detroit Area Chefs Feed the Need Program. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1993 from the University of Dayton.

Jason T. Curtis , , , Chief Operations Officer

Jason Curtis is our Chief Operating Officer, a position he assumed at our inception in 2006. Mr. Curtis also serves as our Corporate Secretary. Beginning in 2000, Mr. Curtis worked in positions of increasing responsibility in the restaurant industry, starting at the ground level in the kitchen of a BWW restaurant that is now owned by the Company. In 2002, he became Chief Operating Officer of AMC Group, LLC, the predecessor to AMC Group, Inc. AMC Group, Inc. is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of DRH. Mr. Curtis provides leadership in all aspects of our sports bars and oversees the day to day operations, training and restaurant support. He aligns our operations team on company strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. He also works with support office department heads to foster a culture of community and excellence.

Toni Werner , , , Interim Chief Financial Officer

Toni Werner was appointed the Controller in May 2014 and assumed the role of Interim Chief Financial Officer in July 2019. Prior to her current position, Toni was employed at PulteGroup, Inc. in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan as a shared services Controller overseeing the Georgia and Tennessee markets and various corporate office responsibilities. She started her career in 1999 in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche LLP and became a certified public accountant in 2002.

Toni received her B.S. degree in Accounting from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan, where she was a member of Beta Alpha Psi, a professional accounting fraternity. She is currently a member of the MICPA and passionate about supporting her communities and local organizations.
